  1. Does Lew's Store have a minimum order amount? No, we do not have a minimum order requirement - either by dollar amount or quantity. Order as little or as much as you want.
  2. Is you site secure and safe? Yes! Lew's Store is secured by 3dCart SSL. Look for the security seal in the lower right corner of our store's pages. Your information — whether it is your email address when signing up for our newsletter, or your name and address when creating or updating an account - are always secure on our site and in our store. Your payment information is not stored in our store or site. Your payment information is entered either through PayPal® or our secure card processor. They provide security for their respective sites and for payment processing.
  3. What forms of payment do you accept?  Lew's Store accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal. Please see Payments Policy for more details.
  4. Do you offer C.O.D. or terms orders?  No. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. Please refer to Order Acceptance for more information.
  5. What shipping methods do you use?  Lew's Store ships via UPS and USPS and offers their allowable shipping methods.
  6. Do you have gift certificates available? Yes. Please refer to our Products pages. Gift certificates range in values from $10.00 to $100.00. Please note that gift certificates can only be used for the purchase of merchandise in Lew's Store and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  7. Can I return an item that is damaged? If the item was damaged due to manufacturing process or workmanship, you may return the item after you obtain a return authorization. Exchanges or refunds are solely at the discretion of Lew's Store. Please read our Cancellations & Returns policy for more information.
  8. How do I return an item? Please read our Cancellations & Returns policy. If you need to return an item, log into your account and choose Track Your Recent Orders. Click View Details for the order containing the item to be returned. Click on Add New RMA, and then choose the item, quantity and reason for the return. Save the RMA. We will be notified of your request. We will review the RMA, and if we approve your request, we will send you an email with instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for return shipping fees. There is a 20% restocking fee on all items returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect or fulfillment errors.
  9. How do I use a gift certificate in your store? When you are ready to check out, simply enter your gift certificate number in the "Coupon" field. If a balance is due, it will be listed in your order details.
  10. Do you share my information with other parties? We only use your information as necessary to fulfill your order, i.e., to obtain and post payment, to ship your order, etc. Your information is secure with Lew's Store. Email addresses are only used to communicate the status of your order or your account, to reply to inquiries from you or to send you news about new items or specials in Lew's Store.
