Order Acceptance

Orders Policy

All orders are subject to acceptance, approval and confirmation by Lew's Store. Any order which does not provide accurate or verifiable information is subject to rejection. Orders which lack or have incorrect billing and shipping addresses, payment information, email addresses, or phone numbers will not be accepted until such errors or omissions are corrected to our satisfaction.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lew's Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or to decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Lew's Store reserves the right to substitute comparable items without prior notification to the customer as necessary to fulfill our order obligations.

Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Lew's Store does not guarantee product availability and encourages you to order in a timely manner. Lew's Store tries to have sufficient quantities of items on hand to meet the order demand. However, occasionally, we do run out of stock. If you ordered an item that is temporarily out of stock, your item will be shipped as it becomes available. If you wish to cancel the back-ordered portion of your order, please contact us via email.

Payments

Lew's Store does not accept C.O.D. orders and does not offer terms. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit card payments and also offer payment options through PayPal and Google Checkout. Acceptance of your payment method through PayPal and Google is solely determined, approved or authorized by PayPal and/or Google Checkout. If your payment method is rejected by them, you must contact PayPal or Google Checkout for resolution to the problem. Acceptance of your payment through VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express is authorized and approved by those respective entities. If your payment method is declined, it is your responsibility to contact the issuing card company or financial institution to determine the reason(s) for the rejection. To ensure that your payment is properly processed, please be sure that the billing address entered is the same as the billing address for the card.
