Shipping Policy

Orders ship after payment is received and confirmed. If there is any delay in shipping your order, Lew's Store will notify you via email.

Lew's Store ships to the billing address the customer entered and has verified through the card processor or PayPal. This is for your protection and ours. Please do not contact us after an order has shipped to request that a shipment be redirected unless you made an error entering your shipping address. If you paid via PayPal and made an error entering your shipping address, you must contact PayPal for their instructions on correcting the address. UPS charges an additional fee for this service, which will be charged to your credit or debit card if an address change is authorized by PayPal. If you paid via VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express and made an error in entering the shipping address, please contact us via email with the correct information and a contact name and phone number for verification purposes. UPS charges an additional fee for address corrections, which will be charged to your card. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all addresses are entered correctly.

If you require your order to be shipped to an alternate address, you must contact customer service at 276-935-4671.

Lew's Store ships via UPS and USPS. All rates and fees, other than handling charges, are determined by those carriers. Refunds will not be granted on shipping and handling fees unless an error has been made by us resulting in your order being delivered to an incorrect address. At this time, Lew's Store does not offer shipping on customers' accounts.
 
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

 We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Lew's Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Lew's store is not responsible for carrier delivery policies and cannot be held liable for loss or theft if a shipment is left at an unattended location when delivered.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product(s) as it becomes available. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered and shipped when available. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
